New Custom lines created after the Google Sheet integration has been configured should be added as needed to the Google Sheet import template. Navigate to Plans > Custom to view the Actuals data in the applicable Custom Table(s). Navigate back to Jirav and select the IMPORT button to import the populated data. Import the Data in the Google Sheet to Jirav. Update Columns C and forward in the header row to reflect the actual months you'd like to import and then populate the data accordingly. The Google Sheet import template will be pre-populated with the Custom Tables and Lines from your Jirav model in Columns A & B and the current month in Column C. Populate your Google Sheet Import Template. Click on the link in the confirmation message to access the Google Sheet import template. Access your GoogleSheet Import TemplateĪfter authorizing Jirav to access your Google account, you'll receive a confirmation message letting you know that the connection was successful. Go to Setup ⚙️ > Actuals and select CREATE next to the Google Sheets icon under the Custom section, sign into Google, and authorize Jirav FP&A to access your Google account.
