Notice is hereby given that the Granite Reeder Water & Sewer District has proposed a budget for fiscal year December 1, 2023, through November 30, 2024, as followsĪ hearing of the above budget will be held at 3:00 pm on Representative of the Estate of JOHN LEE JEFFRIES, III JEFFRIES has been appointed Personal Representative for the Estate of JOHN LEE JEFFRIES, III. All persons having claims against the deceased or his estate are required to present their claims within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of this notice or said claims will be forever barred. Claims must either be presented to the undersigned at the address indicated, or filed with the Clerk of the Court and a copy furnished to the Personal Representative’s attorney.
